Peas with Potatoes and Dill


  • 300 gr. of peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • extra virgin organic “Bio Green Olive Oil” ἔλαιον (elaeon)


Heat some oil in a pot, chop the onion and add to the oil to brown. Stir in the  potatoes cut in quarters  and cover with water. Add salt and pepper and let boil until almost tender. Add the peas and dill and simmer for a few minutes. Finally, pour in the remaining extra virgin organic “Bio Green Olive Oil” and a little bit of lemon juice.

If you wish you can add a little bit of lemon juice on the dish.

Can be eaten with feta cheese or any hard cheese.

Serve with bread.
